Interviewing Process
Starbucks
For my interview process with Livingston Starbucks, I was able to talk briefly with one of the staff while I was ordering my coffee. For Starbucks, I was not able to gain a full-on interview with any manager or with the general staff, due to how I was not able to get any response from the manager email. But, overall I had a couple of minutes to discuss policies with one of the workers there.
Jersey Mike's
For the Jersey Mike’s interview, I was able to talk to some of the representatives that work behind the counter, as I was not able to get a hold of any managers from the email address I was supplied with. For obvious reasons, social distancing guidelines were in place, so I was hence not able to talk to them face to face, but behind a plastic screen.
